Processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Transit time is 6–10 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note these are estimated times and may be subject to variations due to external factors such as carrier delays or weather conditions.
Estimated delivery = Processing Time + Transit Time
4. Delivery & Tracking
You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of your order being shipped so you can follow the progress of your delivery. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@emery-london.com.
5. Order Tracking
To track your order, visit the "Track Your Order" page on our website and enter your tracking number or order number along with your email address.
6. Change of Delivery Address
If you need to modify your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@emery-london.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched.
